Sorry, but if we offered returns to every dude(ette) that wanted to try on a pair of our shades in the mirror, we'd be way too busy. So choose wisely, Dr. Jones.
Having said that, we guarantee that your order will arrive the the correct product(s), in brand new condition, free of manufacturing defects.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please yell at us immediately at store@crapeyewear.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Warranty claims are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it, so don't go out partying in the shades then try to return em the next day when you're all hung over.
You MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt if you intend to claim ANY item as defective. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
